1. They don’t overthinking because they write

Successful people don’t overthink. Yes you might think how to do things without overthinking if you are and overthinking person. If you are that kind of person you should try writing your thoughts and action plan. Most people overthink because they are scared of failure. But little did they know failure is a part of success. So start writing things down, draw graphs, draw pictures as you want and identify the starting point and just start doing it. This is also great for releasing stress.

2. They are not stress because they act

You need to take action of your goals with out thinking too much about it. Just have a basic set of action items and act upon it. We don’t know the future but we know what we going to do today. Uncertainty makes us stress but the best way to overcome of it is to take action today. More you not take action the more you get stress, why? because so many tasks getting piled up and further you go further you get stressed.

3. They are clear minded because they journal

Some people already are with clear mind or clarity and some are so chaotic inside their mind. Either way anyone can clearup their mind by journaling. Journaling helps to offload all your daily struggles to a paper or an app if thats the case. After you start journaling for about a month it start offloading all your mental stress or thoughts that you dont need to keep in your mind, which relaxes your mind and give more space for better thinking and clarity.

4. They have a plan so they don’t procrastinate

Imagine you wake up in the morning without knowing what to do on that day. For sure your lazy to get up of bed and you dont have specific times to do anything, so your mind thinking of things to do and start using phone or browsing through social media which leads to procrastination. So prepare a weekly plan now and break it down per day action items. From waking up to sleeping have a plan for the things you have to do hour by hour. Assign a task for each hour, this way your mind cant escape because you have to accomplish the task within that hour.

5. They train their mind so they are not anxious

They train their mind to prevent anxiety. By practicing mindfulness and soothing techniques, they cultivate a sense of calm and stability. This mental training allows them to navigate stressful situations with composure and clarity, enabling them to make sound decisions and maintain a focused mindset.
